David Guez of France defeated Grigor Dimitrov 6-3 6-2 in the quarterfinals of the 74'000 USD ATP Challenger in New Caledonia. For his participation in Nouméa Grigor Dimitrov will add 18 ATP ranking points to his balance and gains 2190 USD of the prize money.

Next week Dimitrov will start at the qualifications of the first Grand Slam tournament of the year - Australian Open in Melbourne.
