Dimitrov Defeated Chela in Miami, Plays Berdych in the Third Round

For the first time in his career Grigor Dimitrov won second round match at a Masters level tournament. In Miami Dimitrov defeated No 32 Juan Ignacio Chela of Argentine 6-2 4-6 6-4. The overall score of matches between Dimitrov and Chela is 2-0 now.

For reaching the 3rd round Grigor gained 23'210 USD of the prize money and 45 ranking points which could help him to return to Top 100.

On Sunday Grigor Dimitrov will play Tomas Berdych of the Czech Republic, No 7. If the match is on televised court it could be broadcasted by Eurosport - the TV channel starts emissions from Miami Masters from Sunday evening on.

The win over Berdych in 2009 in Rotterdam was a very important break-through in the career of Grigor Dimitrov. Earlier this year Berdych made the head-to-head score 1-1 after the win at Hopman Cup in Perth, Australia.
