Grigor Dimitrov advanced to the third round of the ATP masters in Miami, USA, after retirement of his opponent Simone Bolelli of Italy when the score was 6-2 1-1. This was 60th win of Grigor Dimitrov on ATP Tour matches. His win-loss balance now is 60-59. Grigor will add 45 ranking points but he must defend 90 from last year's edition of the tournament.
In the third round Grigor Dimitrov will play world No 3 Andy Murray, Great Britain. This will be 3rd match between Dimitrov and Murray. The Brit won the previous 2 matches - in Bangkok in 2011 and earlier this year in Brisbane.
Grigor Dimitrov and his doubles partner Frederik Nielsen of Denmark defeated convincingly Ryan and Christian Harrison in the first round 6-2 6-2. In the second round match on Sunday the Bulgarian - Danish pair will have much tougher task against Seed 7 Michael Llodra (France) and Leander Paes (India), No 32 and No 8 in the doubles ranking and bearers of numerous titles including at Grand Slam tournaments.
