Grigor Dimitrov is at position 310 at this week's ATP ranking - the same as last week. In the doubles he reaches a new best ever position moving 5 places ahead to 395.

The Bulgarian players following Dimitrov in the ranking gain positions as Valentin Dimov moves to 661, Tihomir Grozdanov - to 678, Ivaylo Traykov - to 737 and Todor Enev - 770.

Grigor Dimitrov could not show any resistance at all to Jarkko Nieminen in the first round of If Stockholm Open in Sweden. Nieminen won very convingly 6-0 6-2 and this way scored two wins against Dimitrov within 2 weeks. Wild card holder Dimitrov leaves the prestigeous ATP Worldtour tournament with no points and 5'175 EUR....

Grigor Dimitrov moves new 6 position in the ATP ranking of 12 October getting closer to Top 300. His new position is 308 while in the doubles Grigor is at his best ever position 404.

The draw was not favorable for Grigor Dimirov as he will play Seed 1 Jarkko Nieminen of Finland in the first round of the ATP Chalenger in Kolding, Denmark. Back in 2006 Nieminen reached No 13 of the ATP ranking. The Finish tennis player has 1 ATP title and 8 ATP tournaments finals....
