Gridor Dimitrov together with Marcel Ilhan had no problems in the opening round of the doubles of the American Express Ted Open in Istanbul, Turkey. Dimitrov/Ilhan defeat the local pair Haluk Akkoyun/Baris Ergun with convincing result of 6-2 6-1 to advance to the quarterfinals. Their opponents will be decided in tomorrow's match between Seed 1 Kohlmann (Germany)/Wassen (The Netherlands) and Beck (Slovakia)/Krkoska (Czech Republic). Grigor and Marcel gained 13 ATP doubles points and $640 of the prize money so far.
