Stanislas Wawrinka is the Next Opponent of Dimitrov in Madrid

World No 15 Stanislas Wawrinka of Switzerland defeated Santiago Giraldo of Colombia in the second round and will play Grigor Dimitrov in the third round of the ATP Masters in the Spanish capital. The match is on Aranxa Sanchez Vicario Court with TV broadcast and live stream links will be available. Dimitrov - Wawrinka will play after Kevin Anderson - Tomas Berdych, Fernando Verdasco - Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, Tommy Haas - David Ferrer, the first match starting at 2pm CET.

Wawrinka won the only previous match vs Dimitrov 7-5 6-3 6-3 at Australian Open in 2011. The Swiss player is in top form with 6 consecutive wins. Last week Wawrinka defeated Ferrer to take the title in Oerias, Portugal. He won 3 other titles in his career - Chennai (2011), Casablanca (2010) and Umag (2006).

Both Dimitrov and Wawrinka are trained by coaches of the Swedish Good for Great academy. Magnus Norman is the coach of Stanslas and Mikael Tillstrom - of Grigor.
